Only 6 Parade of Homes builders named

This year’s Parade of Homes will feature six builders, making it the smallest parade in at least 25 years.
The builders, announced this morning, are: Coppertree Homes, Fischer Homes, M/I Homes, P&D Builders, Rockford Homes and Weaver Custom Homes.
The six builders are about half the number that have participated in recent parades. Homes are expected to sell from $500,000 to $800,000.
The parade will be held from Sept. 19 through Oct. 4 at Northstar Community, a 1,700-acre mixed-used development off 36/37 just east ofI-71 in Delaware County developed by Nationwide Realty Investors and The Robert Weiler Co. When completed, the development is expected to include more than 1,300 homes and an 18-hole golf course, which is already in place.
