Fortune 100 global financial services firm expands Gilbert office presence with additional 50,000SF

Existing tenant Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Financing LLC (Morgan Stanley) is adding a second, 50,000-square-foot office at Rivulon, the expansive master-planned, mixed-use project located at Gilbert Road and Loop 202. Nationwide Realty Investors President Brian J. Ellis made the announcement.

“As we continue our development of Rivulon, we’re thrilled to have Morgan Stanley further cement their significant presence in the project,” said Ellis. “Rivulon is becoming the preferred high-profile environment for the region’s most successful companies.”

“It is a testament to our community that Morgan Stanley is continuing to invest in and expand its footprint in Gilbert,” said Gilbert Mayor Brigette Peterson. “The Fortune 100 company’s expansion at Rivulon will create even more high-wage jobs, making Morgan Stanley one of the largest private employers in Gilbert. This will not only benefit those in Gilbert, but all of the Phoenix-metro area.”

Morgan Stanley currently occupies 20,000 square feet of office space in Rivulon’s 111 E. Rivulon Blvd. building. Their additional 50,000 square foot office will be located in The Commons at Rivulon, a multi-building creative office neighborhood along Rivulon Boulevard.

The global financial service company’s newest office at The Commons is ideal for today’s workforce post-pandemic. The integrated campus environment caters to technology, creative and collaborative tenants in a large, open, and flexible space. The dedicated neighborhood features outdoor common spaces, access to walking paths, and nearby fitness, retail, and restaurants.

In addition to Morgan Stanley, the 250-acre Rivulon development is currently home to a powerhouse of national brands, including Deloitte, Isagenix International, Amerifirst Financial, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.
