The Jerome Village mixed-use development in Union County will have a high-profile marketing opportunity in June 2013 when the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio stages its Parade of Homes showcase of single-family homes.

The region’s homebuilders will return to the Dublin City School District for the first time since the 2009 parade took place in the Tartan Ridge development.

Jerome Village developer Nationwide Realty Investors Ltd. will offer 16 lots in the Glacier Park neighborhood where
Schottenstein Homes, Compass Homes Inc. and 3 Pillar Homes already have started building.

BIA Executive Director Jim Hilz said development’s location within the Dublin schools and an uptick in new home
construction will combine to draw both builders and visitors to the 2013 home show.

“It’s a master-planned community that, when built out, will have a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy,” he said.

Nationwide Realty has 130 lots in first phase of Glacier Park, which is located off Brock Road west of Hyland-Croy Road.

The BIA has 224 single-family homebuilders among its members and the parade typically attracts about 34,000 visitors.

Nationwide Realty spokeswoman Tina Guegold said the developer welcomed the opportunity to show off the first
section of its development, which may eventually have 2,200 residences, including multifamily.

“We think visitors will appreciate the natural beauty of Glacier Park along with the homes themselves,” Guegold said.

The subdivision is located near the Glacier Ridge Metro Park.

The Edwards Land Co.’s Nelson Farms subdivision off Route 315 in Liberty Township in Delaware County also vied for
the 2013 home tour.

Compass Homes was a big winner at this year’s Parade of Homes.
