Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) announced three partnerships today with the companies that will build out 220 new luxury homes in the Eversole Run development within Jerome Village. Bob Webb Homes, Coppertree Homes and Romanelli & Hughes have been tapped to build the homes, which will be priced between $750,000 and $2 million.
“The Eversole Run neighborhood features beautiful lots that will appeal to today’s buyers,” said Brad Hughes, Assistant Vice President of Romanelli & Hughes. “We are looking forward to putting down roots within Jerome Village while we work with homebuyers to provide them with their perfect custom home.”
Within the Eversole Run development, a smaller sub-neighborhood called Plum Ridge Place will feature 22 custom homes in a gated community setting that will feature half-acre to one-acre lot sizes and custom homes ranging between $1 million and $2 million.
Jerome Village is located in the northwest part of the Central Ohio region, within Jerome Township in Union County. Once fully built out, it will contain 2,200 single-family homes divided into 10 specific neighborhoods, and 1.5 million square feet of office and retail space.
