Nationwide Realty Investors plans to start work this year on a 385-unit apartment complex in its Grandview Yard development.
The $100-million development, called Parkline, will consist of one “S-shaped” six-story building on West 1st Avenue and Yard Street overlooking Ray DeGraw Park.
The project will include first-floor commercial and amenity space and an adjacent parking garage.
Parkline will add to the 1,500 residences already in the 125-acre Grandview Yard development, launched by Nationwide in 2007 west of Rt. 315 and north of West Goodale Street.
