Engineering consultant Strand Associates is moving into the Arena District office building anchored by Chipotle.
The Chipotle-anchored office building is part of the westward cap of the Arena District development. NRI, the real estate arm of Columbus-based insurance giant Nationwide, has invested more than $2 billion in the area over the past 20 years, transforming it from a sea of parking lots and an old prison to a dense mixed-use neighborhood.
