Press Release

COLUMBUS — Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) announced today plans for its third residential development in the Arena District. The Condominiums at North Bank Park, located at Spring Street and Neil Avenue, will offer 109 upscale urban residences in two attached buildings.

The project includes the transformation of the former A & P warehouse building and construction of an attached 20-story glass and steel tower. Construction will begin next month.

“Demand for living space in the Arena District has exceeded our expectations,” said Brian J. Ellis, president and COO of NRI. “The Condominiums at North Bank Park will present additional options for those who want to be within walking distance of the park space, entertainment and dining options here.”

The 80-year-old former warehouse will be converted into 21 one- and two-bedroom urban-style lofts. The lofts will feature open spaces with concrete columns, distressed hardwood floors and exposed brick.

The glass and steel high-rise will include 88 two- and three-bedroom residences. The tower will showcase high-end finishes and generous balcony space with glass railings for unobstructed views of the skyline, Scioto River and recently-announced Huntington Park.

Sales, which will be managed directly by Nationwide Realty Investors are set to begin in June on the lofts and August 1 on the tower. The lofts completion date is scheduled for second quarter of 2007 and the tower completion date is scheduled for first quarter of 2008.
