Eddie George’s Grille 27 Coming to Grandview Yard

Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill to Close on January 16 to Begin Renovations

COLUMBUS, Ohio, January 13, 2016 — Columbus, Ohio-based Nationwide Realty Investors announced today that Eddie George’s Grille 27 will relocate from its current location on High Street to Grandview Yard in spring 2016. The restaurant will occupy the current 8,000 square foot Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill location, which will close January 16 at 10pm in order to begin the renovation process. NRI President and COO Brian J. Ellis made the announcement.

“We are very pleased to be announcing Eddie George’s Grille 27 at Grandview Yard,” said Ellis. “This is a quality operator with an established brand and highly loyal fan base. They will do very well here.”

Eddie George’s Grille 27 is named for Heisman Trophy winner and OSU graduate Eddie George. His namesake restaurant offers a scratch kitchen featuring a twist on classic American fare including fresh burgers, steaks, seafood and unique salads and appetizers. The restaurant will also feature a full service bar with 27 craft beers on tap and hand-crafted cocktails. The new location will boast more than 70 HDTVs in an upscale setting. “We are excited to be moving to Grandview Yard,” said Marc Buehler, President of g3 Restaurants. “We have had 10 great years on High Street and look forward to bringing our award-winning menu, progressive beverage selection, and champion-level service that will continue to impress our existing fans, and will surely draw new fans from Grandview Yard and the surrounding community.”
