Prices set on new Arena District condos

Nationwide Realty Investors has announced prices for its Parks Edge condos on Spring Street and Neil Avenue in the Arena District.
Prices for the 15 floor plans range from $427,000 for a 1,505-square-foot one-bedroom model to $1.345 million for a 3,275-square-foot two-bedroom unit.
Because construction has barely begun, buyers can customize or combine units. Nationwide expects some combined units to top $2 million.
Parks Edge will feature up to 69 condominiums in the 12-story building. The building will include a guest suite, fit-ness center, conference room and 24-hour concierge service. In addition, residents have access to a rooftop pool, hot tub, sun deck and indoor parking.
The project, the largest condominium project down- town since 2008, is scheduled to be finished in the spring of 2017.
